What is the Agent program?
The Agent program is designed to allow agents and those helping to educate landowners about the benefits of our new model to partake in the value they help create.

We provide agents with shares to the value of 0.1% of the value of the scheme that goes on to sit in Ingot Green JPUT.

If the referred landowner had a 1,500 home scheme this would translate to and agent acquiring of £450,000 worth of units in our Jersey Property Unit Trust.

Agents also have the opportunity to sell these options early at a market discount or hold onto them and earn annualised returns in excess of 5% of the property value when the property is developed.

A JPUT or Jersey property unit trust is a tax transparent veichle for property ownership.
